580 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 580 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 580 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any related policies published by 580 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 580 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To register a 580 account, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not be subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
- You may only hold one active account at any time — any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false information entitles 580 to suspend or close the account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 580 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 580 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment — not for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 580.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the security or functionality of the platform in any way.
- Do not share or transfer your account balance to other users through any means not officially approved by the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using 580's services.
Any breach of the above rules entitles 580 to suspend or close your account, withhold balances linked to suspicious activity, and pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 580 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following applies to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits: You can make deposits using supported local payment methods such as DuitNow, FPX online banking, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the method selected.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by the 580 team. Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification.
- Verification: 580 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard measure to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security.
- Bonuses & Promotions: Any bonus or promotion credited to your account is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set out at the time the promotion was announced. These conditions will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
580 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Termination
Liability Limits
580 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. 580's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
580 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or coordination of illegal betting activity.
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity.
- At the user's own request for voluntary account closure.
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, balances linked to fraudulent or manipulative activity may be forfeited. For standard account closures, any legitimate balance will be processed in accordance with 580's standard withdrawal policy.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 580 platform are the property of 580 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 580.
Third-Party Links
The 580 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 580 does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Any transactions or interactions you have with third parties are solely between you and the party concerned.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
580 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 580 platform shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
